Samuel founded SNL Property Group on a principle that never goes out of style: the client comes first, without exception. His faith as a Christian shapes how he works — with integrity, patience, and a genuine commitment to serving every family he represents.
He serves clients from Katy out to Fulshear, north through Cypress and the Champions area, south into Sugar Land and Fort Bend, and inside the Loop from Memorial to the Museum District. Thirty-nine closings and eighteen leases in the last cycle — every contract negotiated, every showing walked, and every call answered personally.
